1. I’m new to CrossFit — can I still join?

Absolutely! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the movements and scale workouts to match your ability. Many of our members started exactly where you are.

2. What is a typical CrossFit class like?

Each class includes a warm-up, strength or skill focus, and a workout of the day (WOD). Sessions are coach-led from start to finish, with a focus on proper movement, technique, and encouragement throughout.

3. Do I need to be fit before I start CrossFit?

Nope! One of the biggest myths is that you need to “get fit” before starting. The best way to get fit is to just start — and we’ll meet you where you are.

4. How long is each class?

Our standard CrossFit classes are 60 minutes long, including warm-up, coaching, and cooldown.

5. What should I bring to my first class?

Just wear comfortable workout clothes, trainers, and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest. If it's your first session, try to arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you set up.

6. How do I book a class or a free trial?

You can book a free trial or contact us directly @ info@crossfitLE3.co.uk  We'll get you booked in and ready to go!

7. Is there parking available?

Yes, we have parking available right outside the gym. We are located through the shutters to the right of the Store Room reception at the bottom of the car park of Foxholes Road.

8. What if I have an injury or limitation?

Let us know before class — our coaches are experienced in scaling and adapting movements so you can still train safely and effectively.

9. Do you offer beginner sessions?

Yes! We run a monthly Fundamentals course designed specifically for beginners. It’s the perfect way to learn the basics, get confident with the movements, and ease into our classes at your own pace. If you'd prefer one-to-one support, we also offer personal training sessions. Just get in touch to find out more or book your spot on the next course.

10. How much does it cost to join?

We offer a variety of membership options depending on how often you train. Our monthly memberships are available as follows:

Bronze: 9 Sessions per month* = £60

Silver: 13 Sessions per month* = £70

Golds: Unlimited sessions per month* = £80

*Sessions can be rolled over week to week, but do need to be used within the calendar month.
